Az adott szövegkörnyezetben a "project initiator" (= the initiator of the project, the idea) kifejezés sok más Uniós projekt és kezdeményezés szintjén is elterjedten használt. Az ötletgazda az alapötlet (projekt) "gazdája", azaz kezdeményezője. Példák:
