No one ever asked us for pulse closing. We were asked to make a recloser because people did not like what was on the market. We did not want to make just another recloser – we wanted to come up with something that advanced the technology and did a better job for our customers. Pulse closing was the result of a lot of really hard work, hours and hours of clever brainstorming and a lot of analysis of the job that a recloser was supposed to do. Innovating is not easy – it is hard work
