Ljudi hvala svima na pomoci, ni ja ne znam kakva je tehnika u pitanju, sve sto sam imao napisao sam gore.

Nemam pojma kakva je prepreka u pitanju, ali obije tehnike mogu biti korisne za penjanje na rub krova (mantling).

Hmm, za mene "stronghold" nije odgovor na pitanje. Pitanje se tice nacina savladjivanja prepreke ili ograde. "Stronghold" je ime penjackog centra, nema veze sa pitanjem.

Znam iz prakse :)

penjanje zavjesom pod pazuh i potkoljeno - pull up, hook one leg and arm, roll your body over the fence/obstacle
(dobro za visoke prepreke kada je opasno skociti, na ovi nacin moze se sigurno spustiti na rukama na drugu stranu)

penjanje vucenjem u upor - pull up, put one foot on top of the fence/obstacle and jump to the other side

O ostalim dijelu filma ima jos treci nacin penjanja prepreke, znam kako se to radi ali ne znam kako se zove na engleskom ni srpskom :)
