Kein Hinweis auf Stenosen des ***LVT*** und RVT.
I am pretty sure that LV stands for "left ventricular", but am clueless what the "T" would stand for. Any ideas?

LVT - Linksversorgungstyp - left dominant coronary circulation
http://flexikon.doccheck.com/de/Linksversorgertyp
If the posterior descending artery (PDA) is supplied by the circumflex artery (CX), a branch of the left artery, then the coronary circulation can be classified as "left-dominant".
http://www.princeton.edu/~achaney/tmve/wiki100k/docs/Coronar...
Emergency coronary arteriography demonstrated a left dominant coronary circulation with nonobstructive disease in the left anterior descending coronary artery and the posterior descending branch of the left circumflex coronary artery and a total occlusion of the proximal right coronary artery distal to the conus branch.

Aortic stenosis (AS) is thought to be caused by calcific degeneration of the aortic valve. Clinical observations suggest an association between a left dominant coronary circulation and AS, a situation previously investigated at necropsy and with small observational studies. Mitral regurgitation (MR) and aortic regurgitation (AR) are both disorders with multiple etiologies, but neither has any known association with coronary artery dominance.

Hmm! Siehe Definition von "Linksversorgungstyp (LVT)" u. meinen Diskussionsbeitrag oben. Die direkte Wortkombination scheint es m. E. zu geben, wie z. B. "Stenosen bei Linksversorgungstyp".

@Brigitte: warum postest du nicht?
Keine Koronarangiografie ;-)
http://www.p-c-i.info/pci/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Risikop...
