Eu usaria "traje de recato". Tais trajes também são usados em exames ginecológicos para proteção, recato, das partes íntimas da mulher.
Talvez haja um termo consagrado para tal expressáo, mas náo o encontrei.
Pelo que entendi do contexto, são roupas de proteção usadas por vítimas de contaminação.
