I am not familiar with NATO terminology like JacaZwawa, so I offer "components" as a possible interpretation. As the link suggests, the propellant charge can have several components.

Thank you very much! "Components" was my first choice, but I believe, "equipment" refers to the NATO terminology in the context.

The option with “components“ does the job all right, but using verbs vice nouns in English, even in titles, is always a good technique. I’d go with a verb as in:
“(propellant / propelling charge) INCLUDES: …:
OR:
“(propellant / propelling charge) is SUPPLIED AS A SET OF the following units/components: …”
“(propellant / propelling charge) INCLUDES: …:
OR:
“(propellant / propelling charge) is SUPPLIED AS A SET OF the following units/components: …”
