I have had a good look for something in Italian but found very little, only thyroid function tests

In many progressive ataxia result from environmental insults ... its systemic symptoms; - TFT needed in patient with progressive ataxia; Dx - clinical + TFT ...
how this relates to upper and lower limbs, I have no idea:)
