1. 受任通知とは

まず、受任通知とは、「依頼者（債務者）が弁護士に債務整理を依頼しました。」ということをサラ金業者（債権者）に通知する文書です。 これは、依頼者（債務者）が作成し郵送するのではなく、依頼を受けた弁護士が作成し、サラ金業者（債権者）に郵送します。


作成と言っても、ひな形があって、そこに、債務者の住所・氏名・生年月日を入れるだけです。宛名は債権者各位殿となっていて、それを各債権者に郵送します。
債務者の住所や生年月日を債権者に教えることに躊躇される方もいるかもしれませんが、債務者の特定のためには必要ですし、そもそも債権者は債務者のそういった情報をすでに把握していることがほとんどです。ですから、受任通知によって、債権者に新たな情報を知らせることにはなりません。

債権者の宛先は、各支店でもいいのですが、私は、面倒なので、全て本店ないし同一の取扱い部署に送っています。アイフルならどこどこ、武富士ならどこどこと決めてしまっています。その方が、宛名ラベルの作成等が楽だからです。
ですから、債務者の方には、どの会社と取引があったかだけ、教えてもらえれば、支店名や金額、取引時期等が不明でも、とりあえず、受任通知を出すことはできます。債権者の名前も不明ですと、さすがに、受任通知の出しようがありません。
