التعبير المصطلح عليه في أوربا يشير إلى لقاءات سيدات المجتمع للتعارف والتبادل الاجتماعي بغض النظر عن كونهن تعملن أم لا

I'm afraid, as if you read your link you'll find those women are non-working.
Thanks brother Osama!

تبدو لي أنسب من استخدام الفعل، اللواتي يتغدين

I didn't google the term "ladies who lunch," I just took it as it is since the first letter of each word is not capitalized. I used the word
مجتمعات at first then I thought that there is nothing in the context that shows that the women have to be assembled to take this course. It may be online or an independent study course. That's why I posted it as لدى تناول وجبة الغداء
Note from asker:
Does this mean a class or people (women) there or just it means what it says? Please see this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ladies_who_lunch By the way, this from UK.

Thank you very much
agree aziza_cloud : The term "ladies who lunch" refers to women, who inevitably are married to men who earn well, and who therefore have time during the day to have lunches. They need not lunch, but inevitably... they do!

Thanks a lot.
disagree aziza_cloud : I don't speak Arabic. But you are talking about meetings. The term refers to ladies who lunch, not to ladies who have "meetings". It's because certain women whose husbands have good incomes, frequently have time during the day for lunch.
