нужно перевести слово "регулировка" из ж/д лексикона. Данное слово используется для обозначения серии автоматических действий/операций при возврате подвижного состава на станцию приписки. К примеру - "возврат вагона №.... на ст.Маарду по регулировке" означает, что вагон возвращается автоматически, без участия отправителя, согласно внутренним требованиям ж/д.
