If a source document is prepared in a foreign currency, the amounts indicated therein are calculated in the currency of Poland in compliance with the daily rate of the transaction determined by the National Bank of Poland. The following is considered to be the day of the foreign currency transaction:
• upon recording requirements for the personnel – date of submission of the *advance report*, whereunder all the expenditure made by all payment settlement persons are accepted (travel payment, other expenditure),
• cash operations – registration date of cashiers' income and expenditure orders,
• bank operations – statement from the State Treasury, a credit institution about the performed transaction,
• material transaction - date or receiving goods, services or property.
