Transfemoral aortic valve implantation
Nach ; zeitgerechter Entfernung des Druckverbandes ließ sich ein Sträumungsgeräusch über der linken Art. femoralis auskultieren. Es erfolgte daher die angiologische Diagnostik, hier konnte eine AV-Fistel sowie ein Aneurysma ausgeschlossen werden. ; Im weiteren stationären Verlauf zeigte sich die Patientin zunächst klinisch beschwerdefrei. Am 29.04.2013 zeigte die Patientin eine akute Vigilanzminderung mit schwerer Erweckbarkeit auf Schmerzreiz, zentraler Facialisparese rechts, sowie einer Hemiparese rechts. Es erfolgte die notfallmäßige Durchführung eines CCT mit CTA, welches den Befund eines subakuten Kleinhirninfarktes links ergab.

: Hatte spontan auch an 'response' oder 'responsiveness' gedacht. Aber ein 'response', z.B. in Form ungezielter Abwehrbewegungen (vgl. Glasgow Coma Scale) ist ja nicht unbedingt mit "Erweckbarkeit" gleichzusetzen. Schönes sonniges Wochenende!
