in line with expedient/practical criteria
I've seen "oportunidad" to mean "expedience/expediency" so perhaps something along the lines of:
in line with expedient criteria such as the products being multifunctional, vandal proof and maintenance free.
Alternatively, perhaps the more natural-sounding (if slightly freer) option of "practical criteria" would work.
in line with expedient criteria such as the products being multifunctional, vandal proof and maintenance free.

Comment: "Thanks, Amy! Changed it slightly using 'according to'."

That's the meaning; the problem will be how to fit it into the sentence so that it sounds less naff.
Perhaps "...with convenient features such as multifunctionality..." (cringe)

Pax Amy: "and other practical features such as...".
The more I look at it, the less I'm liking "criteria" for this. They are really talking about features or characteristics of the "mobiliario urbano"...

PS: Am not keen on "in line with" as proposed below either, not sure why, perhaps to avoid clashing with "línea de mobiliario...".
