Если при увольнении ссылаются на какие-то нормативные документы, то можно это сформулировать так.
Если же нормативные документы скрываются за туманными, далее не расшифровываемыми "соответствующими основаниями", наверное, тогда можно сказать "dismissal based on certain reasons", но это будет звучать таинственно и с непрошенным намеком.

dismissal based on the respective Paragraphs (of ...) - по-моему, лучше все-таки сослаться на что-то. На КЗОТ, Устав предприятия и т.п. Иностранцы недопонимают, как правило, наши \"соответствующие организации\" и \"компетентные органы\" Ж-)))
Если же нормативные документы скрываются за туманными, далее не расшифровываемыми "соответствующими основаниями", наверное, тогда можно сказать "dismissal based on certain reasons", но это будет звучать таинственно и с непрошенным намеком.
