AIDS patient

In Portuguese, they did not use the most politically correct form, so I do not see why it should be used in English either.

agree Marjolein Snippe : Or, in this context, 'AIDS sufferer' - not a nice term but it is not intended as one.

AIDS carrier

Saying that someone is "aidético" is pretty offensive and the original sentence shows a lot of prejudice. Therefore, "aids carrier".

"Aids sufferer" is also offensive but not in the same way, it states the person is a powerless victim, but it does not mean to be so offensive as "aids carrier".
Note from asker:
I am aware that the term is pretty offensice but it was a text realy focusing on discrimination and segregation and the idea was to convey how the bieas ones refer, of course, prejudicedly about this group of outcast and desabled. thank you for your assistance.
