Saying that someone is "aidético" is pretty offensive and the original sentence shows a lot of prejudice. Therefore, "aids carrier".
"Aids sufferer" is also offensive but not in the same way, it states the person is a powerless victim, but it does not mean to be so offensive as "aids carrier".
