German term

Vakuum ziehen lassen

German to English Tech/Engineering Medical: Dentistry Dental Investment Material

Talking about dental investment, mixing and so forth.

I know a question has been asked about "vakuum ziehen" before, and from that I'm leaning towards "evacuate" or maybe "allow to evacuate". Can anyone confirm if this is OK here, or should I use "let a vacuum generate" or something else altogether? TIA for your help.

you are right Rowan, this is standard lab-speak. "allow to" is superfluous
