I'm actually translating a medical report of an outbreak of legionellosis at a restaurant. The report list several sources that could be harboring the bacteria. These include...
- dos fuentes exteriores,
- una fuente interior
- un sistema de refrigeración evaporativa con ventiladores
- una champanera
I'm assuming the "fuentes" are "fountains", but what is a champanera? Google searches show nothing but champagne holders (the ice buckets to keep them cool). Surely the authors don't mean the ice buckets, right? If they were referring to them, why does it refer to it in the singular (una)?
Any help would be appreciated.

champagne cooler/chiller
presumably? Either a bucket type, perhaps on a stand or something, or a fridge:

: Just "wine cooler" would do. Restaurant ice often harbours bacteria (see discussion) and perhaps this restaurant only has one in use.
