BE in the 「BEからの登録」means backend. I have confirmed it from web engineer. but that [BE] on 2ch may have a different meaning.

Proposed translations

be

I think this is the same as "be" in English. Japanese often uses common English verbs for product names and slogans in this way.
Note from asker:
I have confirm it from my client, it means beckend. but thanks for your reply!:)

B または ベータ

Jean is asking about "Be 2ch." 2ch is a large BBS (bulletin board) in Japan.
It used to be really popular, but due to excessive abuse (for example copying and pasting large amount of text), may providers were banned from this system. In order to avoid this ban, the Be 2ch went into beta to avoid this ban, and limit posting to logged in user (normally 2ch does not require logins).
So, the Be in "Be 2ch" seems to be either "B" to refer to it as an alternate of the original "A" 2ch, or it could simply mean exploratory beta of the 2ch system.
I am not an expert on 2ch, so perhaps others can chip in and correct me if I'm wrong.
Note from asker:
I have confirm it from my client, it means beckend. but thanks for your detailed explanation! it gave me many information about 2ch. thanks agian :)
