Beaking of the margins of the vertebral bodies
They are talking about the edgescsigolyatestek (vertebral bodies).
In English medical language we say margin (perem), and we use the word "beaking". It does not matter that the Hungarian sentence uses past time (megnyúltak), in English medical language we use a description-like sentences in these cases. This is what we see at the moment: Beaking of the margins of the vertebral bodies

beaking
Bone imaging A finding in a lateral spine film in Pts with mucopolysaccharidoses and mucolipidoses, characterized by a bird-beak-like tapering of the anteroinferior or anterosuperior margin of the lumbar vertebrae; a 'beak' is also described in the medial aspect of the proximal tibia at the epiphyseal plate in Blount's disease or coxa vara–functional correction may require osteotomy

Anterior vertebral body beaking occurs in a number of conditions and may eminate from the central portion or the lower third of the vertebral body.

A csőszerűben nincs benne, hogy a peremekről van szó. Azért van kevés találat, mert általában a vertebral body/bodies előtt ott szokott lenni, hogy anterior vagy posterior (margin).

The edges are lengthened (becoming similar in shape to a beak)
...I suppose, the edges of the vertebra.
Roughly, this is the explanation. If you can rephrase it (shorten it) in order to make it more effective, that would be even better.
