Desgraciadamente, sigo peleándome con la redacción de esta sentencia... Aquí va mi siguiente duda:
PRIMERO.- Del escrito de demanda, *reconocimiento de las presente procedimiento* se considera suficientemente acreditada la concurrencia de la causa de divorcio alegada...
¿Alguna sugerencia? Tanto para descifrar el original como para su posterior traducción. Agradecería cualquier tipo de sugerencia.

Firstly; in the instigation/ initiation of proceedings, the causes (already officially) cited for the divorce will be deemed to carry sufficient legal weight (to proceed with the case as it stands);

No it isn't; it was placed there by way of an explanation, to indicate the procedures to be followed in the current process; I should have put 'current' into the answer box, that's all;
