Also notary affidavit

There is also an affidavit of domicile, but that seems to be something used for an individual who is deceased. http://www.ehow.com/about_5548619_affidavit-domicile.html

"Testimonio" is a Notarized Document in this case and Butterworth's Legal Dictionary concurs. It is also true that it is a copy (a notarized copy) of the original that is filed in the Notary's Register.

certified copy of a notarised declaration

testimonio is a certified copy
Note from asker:
I agree. I've also seen "Testimonio" translated as "transcript". Would that be OK?
Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. (X) : As a Scrivener-Notary off the Aldwych once taught me, testimonio is neither testimony nor a certificate.
