Parties appelées en déclaration d'arrêt commun

I have just had to deliver this file. In the end I went with: OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED IN STATEMENT OF JOINT WITHDRAWAL OF PROCEEDINGS with a cautionary note to the client.

I assume these parties are neither appellants or respondents in the two petitions to appeal but are to be included in the joint withdrawal of current and future legal proceedings.

I am totally open to other suggestions on this and it might help others in future to be able to Google this!

It is a heading, followed by a further list of companies. Other lists of companies in the case are the appellants and respondents.
