Employees of Simon Property Group, L.P., CPG Partners, L.P., tenants of Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, and its and their respective parent and affiliated companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

LP应该是limited partner的意思吧，里面有两个LP，是不是应该接前面，理解为Simon Property Group and its L.P., CPG Partners and its L.P., 而不是单独的，谢谢。
