There are a number of documents titled "BONO DE ATENCION AMBULATORIA" appearing in a medical claim from Chile. All the documents contain "Fondo Nacional de Salud" at the top of the document; the header section contains member and beneficiary number/name, and health care provider name; and the details section contains health care charges split into charges paid by the company/institution and beneficiary copayment. Some of the documents are stamped as "PAID" (a hospital stamp). I am unclear about what would be the best translation of the word "Bono", in particular, in this context and would appreciate any suggestions.

from the forum above it seems that in Chile people get these "bonos" to prove they have medical insurance cover so they can get treatment

it's obviously a question of the patient paying part of the cost (of treatment) and the insurance company paying the remainder. here we would have to show our private medical insurance card to the doctor/hospital to prove we are covered so the insurance can be billed for most of the cost. So systems differ
so maybe you could just say
"show proof of medical insurance cover (for outpatient treatment)"

yes, because many are already marked as paid it might be better to use the last offering i.e "proof of medical insurance cover (for outpatient treatment)" or perhaps "dockets" instead of "vouchers"

: I would say voucher was still the best bet. The hospital used a paid stamp to show that the voucher had been used.
