Si può non raggiungere (= mancare) la felicità, ma si può anche non commettere (= non raggiungere, mancare) la propria colpa più grande. Senza questa colpa (e, immagino, il processo di elaborazione e pentimento), l'uomo non può raggiungere la propria totalità.
