: Doesn't the use of 'remunération' make it sound like we are talking specifically about salaries? I think that is only one part of a 'reward package'

It does unfortunately we can't use the word "package" to mean the whole set of compensation benefits other than the salary. Maybe adding "programme" like some of the other suggestions?
