@ Joseph - There are three examples (i.e. not "neither" as you state in your comment). Admittedly, the SECOND example, "spring-loaded" is incorrect, but the other two are perfectly valid. It's simple - a "loaded-placebo" is a placebo that actually has active components in it, if not the primary active ingredient. In the question, a "placebo cargado" is placebo PLUS active ingredient at different concentrations. My examples are of "placebo" plus active ingredients, whether they are the principal active ingredient or not - they are "loaded placebos", i.e. they aren't just sugar.
