Las *pasadas de cables* por escotillas, aberturas en muros, paredes, tabiques, losas, etc., deberán ser selladas después de terminar el tendido de los cables, con un material resistente al fuego y adecuado, para un fácil retiro en caso de modificaciones necesarias.
Hasta donde sea posible, la canalización no deberá interferir con las obras civiles.
Es de responsabilidad del Contratista la ejecución de los afinados y las terminaciones, así como las protecciones necesarias de las canaletas y de los cables que en ellas se instalen.

I think that this is the way we would have to word this in English for a Construction Tender or Specification/Quotation etc.
