sound balancing
Because it is about sports brodcasting, I don&apost think 音作り here means about the musical arrangment but the making the sound (and noise) alive as if you were there.
As cinefil suggested, “sound arrangement” can be of use but I would like to sugest “sound balancing" as I think this term is more common in broadcast and record engineering.

: You misunderstand the meaning of "sound balancing." Here, we are talking about scoring (use of music and sound FX that work well with the picture). The article you pointed out is concerned with audio engineering. 英語はむずかチ～ねｗ
