Aunque a mí me gusta más, pensándolo como título de un documento, \"Indefinite Term Contract of Employment\"

employment contract for an indeterminate period of time

work contract for an indeterminate period of time would also be a possibility depending on your context

The critics of the modification often forget that concluding a working contract for an indeterminate period of time is absolutely common in other categories of employees and, moreover, in no way excludes canceling the contract from reasons contained in the Working Code. In addition, the new version enables concluding of working contracts of docents and professors for periods of 5 to 10 years.

muchas gracias
agree asun : aunque yo diría "indeterminated"

muchas gracias
disagree Maria Cywińska : "period of time" is a linguistic error: a period has already in its meaning the "time" element.

One can debate whether the "of time" part is optional. But I don't see how it can be wrong and it's often said this way, more often than not, in fact.

muchas gracias
agree margaret caulfield : ENTIRELY. BUT DISAGREE with Maria Milonas: a period can mean many things, that's why it is 100% correct to state a "period of time". DEFINITELY!

employment contract (of indeterminate duration)

Normally (in the UK anyway) we wouldn't specify that a contract is of "indeterminate duration". If it was the opposite, however, we would talk about a "fixed-term contract of employment"

In the UK anyway, this is not a very common term to use - normally refer to Fixed Term Contracts, but any contract that isn\'t of a fixed duration is generally referred to as a Contract of Employment. Hope this helps!

Permanent employment/work contract

In the UK, there are 2 types of contracts: temporary v's permanent.
I do not think a direct translation works. We would simply say a 'permanent' work/employment contract.
