El verbo "automate" a secas queda un poco "hueco" en inglés ern mi opinión:por ello yo lo expresaría de esta manera:
"... donde se automatizó la creación del usuario “admin” del FrontOffice"..." -> "...where the FrontOffice "admin" user can be created automatically"..."

O alguna forma similar. Existen varias posibilides, y todas me "suenan" mejor que la palabra "automate" a solas (aunque sea aquella la forma correcta).
