CAME
Correct the Weaknesses
Adapt to/Adjust to the Threats
Maintain the Strengths
Explore the Opportunities
It seems to me that the acronym has had more success in Spanish than in English, due to the specific meaning of the word in English.
In English, SWOT is preferred as it is the core of the analysis, and CAME refers to the actions taken after the analysis is done.

: Do you have any references? I've heard of SWOT, but I can only find one reference to this, which is here, and looks like something a translator made up: http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=2027064

I read the reference you mention, but I gave you my own thinking after searching. This is why I gave it a 3. It makes sense to me, but again, no references and no certitude. If CAME refers to corregir, afrontar, modificar, explotar/explorar, it would be.

Thanks. No wonder why CAME seems almost nonexistent in English.

: Maybe not C.A.M.E., but something along the lines of "Build on the strengths, Overcome the weaknesses, Exploit the opportunities, Defend against the threats", although this doesn't make a nice acronym and doesn't seem to be well established.

I am unable to find at this time trustworthy references in English for the use of this term.
I presume that this might be due to different business cultures.
I agree with Allegro Trans.
