OBJETIVO
El objetivo del presente capítulo es establecer los requerimientos de los estudios que deberá llevar a cabo XXX y/o YYY para realizar la *programación* y coordinación de la operación, el Control de Tensión, el Control de Frecuencia y el Plan de Recuperacion de Servicio, para el conjunto de instalaciones de los Coordinados, así como establecer los requerimientos de información para la realización de dichos estudios y ejercer la coordinación de la operación.
ALCANCE
a) La definición del contenido de la Información Técnica del Sistema Interconectado para efectuar la coordinación operativa y realizar la *programación* de la Seguridad y Calidad de Servicio.
b) Los requisitos y condiciones que deben cumplir las herramientas de simulación a emplear en los estudios que deberá efectuar YYY.
c) Los requisitos y condiciones que deben reunir los estudios que deberá efectuar XXX y/o YYY.
para la *programación* de la Seguridad y Calidad de Servicio, según corresponda.
d) Las responsabilidades de XXX y los Coordinados en relación con el análisis de las fallas y perturbaciones que ocurren en el Sistema Interconectado, lo que incluye, la especificación de los requerimientos mínimos de información a registrar, del análisis de las perturbaciones, las acciones que deberá tomar cada XXX y el modelo de informe de anormalidades y perturbaciones que deberá prepararse ante cada evento de falla.
