Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
a contract between a port authority and a group of companies, one of the introductory paragraph states that the:

"contratto è stipulato in forma pubblica amministrativa"

does that just mean that it is entered into in accordance with the p.a. provisions, legal requirements?
