Parerea mea este: 'Camerele de drenaj: Goliti lichidul din contra colectoare'. Interesant este ca cuvintul counter pus inaintea cuvintului care il defineste inseamna 'contra,opus, vice-versa...', iar daca este in spatele cuvintului pe care il defineste antunci inseamna 'contor, inregistrator...'

Considerând că nu este Engleză nativă ci provine dintr-o traducere (cred că este Chineză-Engleză), aș zice:
pool are sensul de grup
count sau counter = de numărat
Iată ceva referințe unde "count pool" este "grup de celule de numărat"
ex. genetics pool= grup genetic, etc.
