aumento di capitale non percentualmente pertoccante

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Grazie a tutti!

Discussion

Annalisa Degli Esposti (asker) Apr 19, 2012:
I interpreted "pertoccante" as "spettante" too. Thanks to you and Jim for your discussion on the matter.
CristianaC Apr 15, 2012:
made a little additional research, in fact it seems that it really means "spettante" , may be used in Switzerland
CristianaC Apr 15, 2012:
not piemontese in any case:)
CristianaC Apr 15, 2012:
sorry .. "would not exercise their right (inoptato)"
CristianaC Apr 15, 2012:
never heard pertoccante before, but I interpreted as : toccante a ciascuno.
I inferred they can only exercise the preemption right pro-rata of the shares they hold, and not for example on shares for which other shareholders would not exercise their share (inoptato), or any other part of capital for which, perhaps, this right of option is excluded.

neutral James (Jim) Davis : "pertoccante" ? never seen that before. Is it dialect Cristiana? Seems to be "share issue without rights"
