Was soll die englische Uebersetzung fuer die Kongruenzsaetze sein?
Soweit ich weiss, ist der Kongruenzsatz Aussage in der ebenen Geometrie anhand derer sich einfach die Kongruenz von Dreiecken nachweisen lässt.

@philgoddard: I would say that members are free to post answers even if you think that it's identical to yours.
1) I did not see your answer: In fact, I though that you copied from me
after changing apply to use.. but you are free in doing that.
2) I will not argues about the difference between apply and use... That's something I know as a result of my training.. so I cannot do that kind of explanation...
3) It's up to the asker and the other members to be the judge... right?

: "Sätze" is plural, and it's theorem (ie a proven rule), not an unproven theory.

You're right, but it's still not as big a mistake as anwenden= understand, then compounding it with a second mistranslation.
