Gyógyszerrendelésnél, vényen feltüntetendő megjegyzésről van szó:
Ha az orvos az orvosi táska részére rendel gyógyszert, úgy egyértelmű utasítást a gyógyszer adagolására, alkalmazásának módjára és gyakoriságára nem kell adnia, a vényen azonban fel kell tüntetni „az orvosi táska részére" vagy „pro me", illetve „suo nomine" szavakat. Ebben az esetben sem kell használati utasítást adni.

The Hungarian expression "az orvos kezéhez" (which is not the same as the Latin "suo nomine") means that the prescription drug is to be dispensed directly to the practitioner. In this particular case, it is not necessary to display directions of use on the label. This is an exceptional case, however, and may not be allowed in certain jurisdictions. "Orvos" = practitioner (who prescribes the drug; be it a physician, dentist, optometrist, etc., collectively called *practitioner*), "kezéhez" (literal translation is "to his/her hands") here it means 'directly to the practitioner' (not to the patient).
