Estoy traduciendo un contrato de arrendamiento de España.
La clausula completa es:
4. Independientemente de la renta serán a cuenta del arrendatario los gastos inherentes.......tales como luz, agua etc, siendo por cuenta de la propiedad el pago de la comunidad.
¿Quiere decir que ademas de la renta y luz etc, el inquilino tiene que pagar el pago de la comunidad?
No entiendo "la propiedad" en este contexto.

En este caso, "la propiedad" hace referencia al dueño del inmueble. Considerando que estamos dentro de un contrato de arrendamiento, podríamos vincular "la propiedad" con la figura del arrendador/locador, es decir, "the landlord".
