Estoy traduciendo un contrato de arrendamiento de un piso en Madrid.
La frase viene en la clausula 2 del contrato:-
- El periodo de vigencia del presentese establece for cinco años, iniciándose a todos los efectos la vigencia del presente día XXX. Para el caso de tácita reconducción la renta se adecuará a las variaciones del (?palabra ilegible de 3 letras?) general.
