I should have put my normal phrase for "norme" which is "regulations and legislation" a "norma" can be an ISO standard or even an accounting standard I think, it is very elastic.

articles of? I imagine these are articles of the current account contract, but we are imagining ;-) they could be articles of many types.

"Norme" can be anything from internal rules to laws of the land, however regulations should cover it in a bank.
