Please see below thanks, US English...I tried to find this whole quote in English, in case it had been translated but have been unable to find it, so I'm doing my own translation, however I'm not sure what is meant by the term above. Help appreciated thanks
(Hermann Hesse)

Find ones strength
This is one idea, based on the "strengthening" aspect of the verb. It is quite a common expression.

"To go from strength to a strength" is another possibility, but may take some text manipulation to fit it in and may not entirely represent "consolidarsi", but is a similar idea.

Example sentence:
"FIND THE STRENGTH WITHIN YOURSELF .....I wish you success AS YOU FIND THAT STRENGTH to overcome any challenge you face."
"How do you FIND YOUR inner STRENGTH? With a little help from Martha Beck! It's time for a metamorphosis."
