Medical: Cardiology
In an echocardiogram report, the patient is said to have a הפרעת היענות דיאסטולית דרגה 2.
What is the היענות in this case? The rest of the phrase seems to be "grade 2 diastolic ____________ dysfunction". What goes in the blank?

diastolic dysfunction
this is usually translated as:
Grade 2 diastolic dysfunction
compliance is implied in the term "dysfunction".
In a detailed paper on cardiac physiology you may find the phrase:
ventricular compliance in diastole
or something similar to that.
But it would be unusual in a regular discharge summary or echocardiogram report.

compliant/compliance
compliant rather than responsive, judging by my Google search.

Response
most references in English simply have diastolic dysfunction, or in your text, Grade II diastolic dysfunction.
If you think you must add היענות, which seems like a redundant Hebrew addition, I would say response.
