The Parties hereby agree to certain refresh commitments as they specifically relate to the refresh of E6A Early Refresh PCs as defined below, these commitments do not apply to other portions of the Master Agreement or this Amendment.
c) "E6A Early Refresh PCs" shall mean all Desktop PCs and Laptop PCs in existence at the E6A Early Refresh Business Units at the Europe New Business Unit Service Commencement Date required by other Sections of this Agreement to be refreshed by XXX. but excluding all Excluded Devices including any device provided to the K6A Early Refresh Business Units within six months prior to the Europe VI-A New Business Unit Service Commencement Date;
d) "E6A Early Refresh Plan" shall mean an expedited refresh plan in respect of lhe E6A Early Refresh PCs: and
e) "E6A Early Refresh" shall mean refresh of the EtiA Early Refresh PCs in accordance with the E6A Early Refresh Plan.
Speicherzugriffsmethode: Dynamic Random Access Memory #Refresh
HTML / HTTP Protokoll: Meta-Tag #Weiterleitung_durch_refresh

: Der Satz "'E6A Early Refresh PCs' shall mean all Desktop PCs and Laptop PCs in existence at the E6A Early Refresh Business Units..." weist m.

Speicherzugriffsmethode - eher Holzweg hier.
