I think 'cinema' here is just being used emphatically to describe films in general. By using 'feature film' the English encapsulates the idea in this more commonly used term.
'Dramatic Cinema' is less common but may still work.

Possibly "dramatic films" may even be more common than "Dramatic cinema" which is actually more of an offical, academic description, rather than a formal title of film of this type.

: feature film refers to the length of the film - in French it's a long métrage - nothing to do with the subject matter/A film can be both a feature film and "a soggetto"

: as SJLD says, it's a 'lungometraggio'...that is a feature film. Here it is talking about narrative - soggetto (with a subject matter, a story line, etc.)

I am aware this is the term normally used for this but was just thinking about the context which is talking about the range of films from XXX's to documentaries.
