A band of pirates occupies the fictional Ranjang Island in the Karimunjawa islands off Jepara. The leader gets overconfident and decides to have himself officially designated as ruler, with the title "Gusti Allah Derwati Ranjang". Given that 'Gusti Allah' means 'God' and 'Ranjang' is the name of the island, how would the phrase 'Gusti Allah Derwati Ranjang' be conveyed in English? And what does 'derwati' mean in this context?
I had thought the phrase might mean 'Lord of Ranjang Island', but that's not nearly so lofty as calling oneself 'God'.

Divine Lord Derwati of Ranjang
I don't know what Derwati means, except that it's a kelurahan in Bandung. If you take it as being a name then you could use the suggested expression.
