folded and stapled

In fact "canoa" corresponds to the folding part (rather than the stapling aspect). In any event, either one would be out of place by itself. That's why I have added "e grampo" to the term, and then it becomes "folded and stapled" no doubt.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Martin Riordan : How would you interpret the word "dobra" in the context? Surely that is the element "folded"?

In the context, "canoa" already incorporates the folding part. The word "dobra" is not really needed.
agree Cipriana Leme : He is right. Canoa is a fold that is rounded, like a canoe. It is both the fold and the staple. Lombada Canoa is "dobra e grampo", which is folded and stapled.

stapled

Parece que o termo "stapled" incorpora "canoa e grampo".

Obviously, with the word "dobra", the whole phrase becomes:

"Finish(ing) 1 fold, stapled"
Example sentence:

A Encadernação Canoa ou Dobra é a encadernação usada em revistas e panfletos na qual os cadernos são grampeados
