French to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) Telecoms solution

"Le sujet [telecoms solution] ayant été très largement étudié et déployé par un groupe de travail « [name of company in which the solution is going to be installed] », nous souhaitons, à l’occasion du développement du CSP, mettre en place un système de téléphonie IP correspondant aux standards du Groupe et sécurisant la solution téléphonie pour [section of company as above]."

Another long shot (see previous question this morning European time). It is good to be challenged. I have no idea how any of those letters relates to telecoms.
