An employee has been brought before the big boss because of poor performance and misbehavior. He is told to shape up or he'll be fired and tossed into jail, then he's told to get out. The boss dismisses him, saying "Ayoh! Sekrobi!"

"Sekrobi" could not be the poor guy's name, right? So, I suspect that it is originally Dutch, but with Indonesian transliteration, just like your previous KudoZ question, oat.

Proposed translations

1 day 19 hrs

get back to work

since the boss told him to go out dan ussually ayo + kembali bekerja (get back to work). like say "shut up and get back to work" (angry) and is also ussual for Indonesian/Melayu.

It it the case .. :) Then it should be "Lets pack your stuff" --> Ayo kemasi barang-barang mu ! Scrub you stuff ..... since the employee stay in the plant

then my answer for sekrobi is

pack your stuff
Note from asker:
Thanks very much for your suggestion. Actually, the boss was telling him to get out and don't come back for 8 days, rather than telling him to get back to work. Others have suggested that 'sekrobi' may derive from 'schrobben', meaning 'to scrub the floor (as punishment). Therefore, I think what he's said is something like, "Get out! You're not fit to scrub my floor!" Or is could be from 'secreet', like 'you little shit' or 'you bastard'.
