I am not sure how to translate 'concurso "de menor entidad"'. What kind of bankruptcy is this?
This is a text from Spain, by the way.
Many thanks in advance!

Discussion
In the fifth and final place, the reform contributes to a revitalization of the bankruptcy proceedings by making them faster. The estimated quantity for the abbreviated proceedings is thereby modified by increasing it to cover companies with up to 10 million Euros in liabilities, when until now only ***bankruptcy proceedings where the debtor had up to one million Euros in liabilities*** were processed by means of the abbreviated process.
Maybe this is how I should translate the phrase 'concurso de "menor entidad"'. I am simply not sure if another expression exists in English to cover this concept.
AllegroTrans - I did indeed (as ProZ expects of us all) look for a definition. As I have just explained, I found the reference already provided on this page (i.e. the one lorenab23 mentioned) but was not sure of the correct way to phrase this in English. This is why I asked the question. Many thanks for your help!
Hope this helps :-)
